We are currently representing a reputable automotive dealership in Roche seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer inquiries efficiently
  • Assisting with vehicle servicing, repairs, and ensuring seamless operations
  • Managing workshop bookings and scheduling work effectively
  • Liaising with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Preparing quotations and explaining service charges clearly to customers
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories
  • Supporting the team in achieving workshop and sales targets as a Service Advisor
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes is advantageous
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Full UK driving licence is often desirable
