We’re supporting a growing technology-focused business as they continue to expand their customer support team. They’re now looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to help customers with a range of product and service queries in a busy and fast-moving environment.

You’ll be speaking with customers over the phone and by email, helping troubleshoot issues, guiding them through solutions, and making sure queries are resolved efficiently. It’s a role that combines customer service with technical understanding, so being comfortable learning products and systems is important.

This would suit someone who enjoys helping people and likes figuring things out. You don’t need a highly technical background, but if you’ve worked in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or any role where problem-solving and communication are key, you’ll likely do well here.

You’ll need to be organised, patient, and confident speaking with customers, with the ability to stay calm when handling issues and explain things clearly and simply.

Full training will be provided, along with genuine opportunities to develop and progress within the business.
