Service Advisor Vacancy - Slough, Berkshire

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor to join their busy, well-established Main Car Dealership in Slough, Berkshire.

The Service Advisor vacancy offers a great working environment and an excellent bonus scheme, with a strong focus on customer service and aftersales performance.

Benefits:

• Up to £34,000 basic salary plus bonus, with up to £46,000 OTE potential
• Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm only
• No weekends
• Main car dealership working environment
• Bonus scheme and structured progression within a productive team
• Kerridge DMS advantageous (training/support considered)

Duties for the Service Advisor will include:

• Meet and greet customers in person
• Book customers in to the diary efficiently and accurately
• Process paperwork in line with brand guidelines
• Ensure the dealership maintains a professional image and consistent quality of service
• Support and contribute to monthly sales target performance

Requirements:

• Previous automotive customer-facing or automotive customer service experience
• Experience as a Service Advisor is required (after-sales/customer service environment)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, customer focused approach with the ability to perform in a busy, pressurised environment
• Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Kerridge DMS advantageous
