ServiceNow Managing Consultant

ServiceNow Managing Consultant | Netherlands | Hybrid | Up to €100k (total salary package)

I'm working with a consultancy looking for a Senior / Manager-level ServiceNow professional to take ownership of complex programmes and lead high-performing teams. Leading from the front on ServiceNow delivery, not just building, but shaping strategy and driving business impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (design → delivery → adoption)
• Partnering with architects to define best-practice solutions
• Managing stakeholders and steering governance, quality, and scope
• Driving AI-driven use cases (automation, smart routing, insights)
• Coaching consultants and building scalable delivery frameworks

What we're after:

• Strong ServiceNow (or similar platform) background with leadership experience or ready to step up from a Senior ServiceNow Consultant position. Either way, you've got solid platform experience, an HBO Bachelors/University Master's Degree in either Information/Software Management or Business Administration
  
• At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow across multiple modules (ITSM + ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD)
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and Dutch (C1)
