Showroom Sales Consultant – Luxury Tile Showroom (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a luxury tile showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design and home improvement, who enjoys working with clients and delivering a high level of customer service.

You will be advising customers on their home design projects, helping them select tiles and materials that complement their spaces while representing a range of high-end, luxury tile brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing professional advice to customers on tile selections and interior design concepts
  • Assisting clients with home renovation and design ideas for kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces
  • Creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience for all visitors
  • Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the showroom at all times
  • Developing strong product knowledge across our luxury tile collections
  • Handling enquiries in person, by phone and email in a professional manner
  • Supporting the wider team with general showroom operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a tile showroom, bathroom showroom, interior design, or similar retail environment is preferred
  • A natural flair for luxury interiors and home design
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable and well-presented
  • Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A positive, friendly attitude and strong attention to detail

Working Hours

  • 3 days per week (part-time)
  • Flexibility required to cover additional days when needed, such as staff holidays or sickness
