Showroom / Trade Counter Sales Assistant.

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a Showroom / Trade Counter Sales Assistant.

This is a permanent position, for a bright, friendly, engaging, customer focussed individual. Our client has a lovely Tile and Bathroom showroom, open to the public and trade, they require someone to:

• Meet and greet customers
• Check stock and delivery dates
• Input sales orders on the system
• Take payments or place orders on accounts
• Help customers to their car with goods
• Helping to keep the showroom tidy
• Moving stock around to highlight promotions, end of line stock etc

Skills and experience required:

• Friendly, professional, confident and reliable 
• Good customer service/sales skills
• Good computer skills
• Good math skills to be able to work out orders.
• Comfortable with some lifting and moving stock (nothing too taxing)
• Able to work 5 days a week Mon - Sat
• Everyone is required to work every Saturday with a day off in the week apart from annual leave prebooked.
• Experience working in Tiles or Bathrooms an advantage but not essential

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm
