Single-Man Site Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)

Location: Baker Street
Salary: £50,000 Basic + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Call Out: 1 in 1 Week Rota | £100 Standby Payment (£5,000 annually)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office building based in Baker Street, London. The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a high-end corporate office building, ensuring all building services systems are maintained to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Electrical or mechanical plant maintenance
• AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC systems
• Escorting specialist subcontractors
• Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• Providing excellent client-facing service

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working within commercial building maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience within corporate office environments desirable
• Ability to work independently on a single-man site
• Good communication and client-facing skills
