Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Site Engineer to join our growing team on a large-scale residential development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate setting out and delivery of infrastructure and housing plots, with a particular focus on roads and sewers works.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who has experience working within residential groundworks, infrastructure, or housebuilding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all site setting out duties for residential developments.
• Set out roads, sewers, drainage systems, foundations, plots, and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
• Interpret and manage engineering drawings, specifications, and survey information.
• Conduct site surveys and maintain accurate records of as-built information.
• Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with technical and health & safety standards.
• Support the preparation of progress reports and engineering documentation.
• Identify and resolve engineering and technical issues on site.
• Assist with inspections and approvals from local authorities and utility providers where required.
