Site Manager – Fit Out Projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the commercial, hospitality, and hotel sectors.

This role would suit someone hands-on, organised, and confident managing projects from start to finish while maintaining programme and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on fit-out projects
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• Monitoring programme and reporting progress to senior management
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
• Resolving site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit-out projects
• Background working on commercial, hospitality, or hotel schemes
• Experience delivering projects ranging from £60k to £5m
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• Willingness to travel and work across the UK when required
• SMSTS preferred, although support can be provided if needed
