We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fast‑track CAT B office fit‑out project in Canary Wharf.
The role is working for a newly established Fit out Firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day site management and coordination of trades
- Managing a tight 4‑week programme
- Overseeing CAT B works including joinery, flooring and finishes
- Maintaining programme, quality and site safety
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and the project team
- Working 7 days per week to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit‑outs
- Strong programme and trade coordination skills
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Experience working on live or fast‑track commercial projects
- Able to commit to a 7‑day working pattern
