Site Manager

Requirements:

• Experienced Site Manager with a strong groundworks background
• Must have hands-on experience working on groundworks stages of construction projects
• Ability to manage day-to-day site operations without supervision
• Confident overseeing subcontractors and groundworks gangs
• Strong understanding of excavation, drainage, earthworks, and associated civils works
• SMSTS (preferred) and valid CSCS card required
• Able to start immediately – no interview required (based on relevant experience)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities during groundworks stage
• Coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Maintain site diaries, inductions, and daily briefings
• Monitor progress and report updates to project management
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
