Site Manager – Office Fit Out (Cat B)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-week Cat B office fit-out project in Stockport, covering 3 floors of a commercial building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full site management of a multi-floor Cat B office fit-out
  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
  • Managing subcontractors and trades on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
  • Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance
  • Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
  • Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
  • Managing RAMS and site documentation
  • Monitoring quality control and snagging

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on office fit-out projects (Cat B essential)
  • Experience managing multi-floor commercial projects
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage programmes and drive progress
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
