The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager to oversee a prestigious and technically complex Roofing project in Central London. This is a fast-paced, high-profile scheme requiring strong leadership and exceptional coordination skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a complex build
• Coordinate works within a logistically challenging, high-traffic environment
• Oversee large-scale scaffolding operations
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Lead subcontractors and site teams to deliver on programme

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on complex structures
• Strong background working in busy urban or highway environments
• Experience managing large scaffolding packages
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure on high-profile projects

Qualifications & Certifications

• SMSTS (essential)
• Black or Gold CSCS Card (essential)
• First Aid at Work (essential)
• Temporary Works Coordinator (preferred)
• Scaffold Management / Inspection (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
