Site Manager - Re-Roofing Project - Local Authority - Bilborough, Nottingham

I'm working with a contractor delivering re-roofing works for a local authority who are looking to appoint a Site Manager to support an existing Site Manager on a live project in Bilborough, Nottingham.

This role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management of roofing works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the programme is delivered safely and efficiently across occupied properties.

The Role:

  • Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of re-roofing works
  • Coordinating roofing subcontractors and site activities
  • Assisting with site records, progress reports, and documentation
  • Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams
  • Helping maintain safe and organised working areas throughout the project

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience on roofing or external refurbishment projects
  • Experience working on local authority or social housing contracts preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (White or Black), and First Aid essential
