Site Manager

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED 

Start Date: Monday 8th June

Duration: 8-9 weeks

Location:  Brighton 

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a former gym space being converted into new Prayer Rooms 

Scope of Works

The strip‑out phase will be complete prior to start. The Site Manager will oversee the following new‑build/refurbishment works:

• Ceiling infills (following removal of a spiral staircase)

   

• New flooring installation

   

• Full decoration package

   

• Construction of two ablution rooms

   

• Electrical works

   

• AV installation package

   

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30

   

• Friday: 07:30 - 14:00

   

• 40 hours per week

   

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing internal refurbishment projects

   

• Strong understanding of M&E coordination

   

• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme

   

• Excellent communication and site‑based leadership skills
