Salary: £60,000+ Package

Full-time | Site-Based (Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a growing and dynamic team within the building envelope and façades sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK, with upcoming works in Scotland, Manchester, Coventry, and London.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in delivering complex façade and envelope projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations across façade and envelope projects
• Manage subcontractors and on-site trades effectively
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in building envelope and façades projects (essential)
• Valid CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS qualification
• First Aid at Work certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work across UK sites
