Site Manager - Planned Maintenance 

Location: White City / Shepherds Bush

Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Fuel Card + Bonus

Reporting to: Visiting Contracts Manager

Project: RBKC – Window, roof replacements and concrete repairs consistent of 17 blocks (sub 7 storey).

Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a newly awarded £3m p/a planned maintenance contract for RBKC. Based in West London, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a social housing refurbishment programme from validation through to completion.

The successful candidate will oversee works across 17 residential blocks (sub 7 storey), ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Scope of works

  • Window replacements and repairs
  • Roofing works and associated repairs
  • Concrete repairs and structural maintenance
  • External refurbishment works
  • Resident liaison and programme coordination

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied residential blocks
  • Take ownership of the project from validation stage through to handover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and material deliveries
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations
  • Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all sites
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Liaise with clients, residents, consultants and internal teams
  • Produce site reports, monitor KPIs and manage site documentation
  • Support the Contracts Manager with overall project delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering planned maintenance or refurbishment projects within social housing or residential sectors
  • Strong knowledge of external refurbishment works including roofing, windows and concrete repairs
  • Experience managing occupied properties
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and subcontractors effectively
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
