Site Supervisor

This is a split shift role until the end of term. You will be responsible for ensuring the school environment is safe, secure and well-presented for pupils, staff and visitors.
The school takes pride in maintaining high site standards, with a strong focus on health and safety, security and compliance, making it an excellent opportunity for a Caretaker or Site Manager looking for a stable role in a school setting.
The hours will be 7am to 10am AND 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.
School Site Supervisor benefits:

School Site Supervisor role requirements:
- Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance or a similar role
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable and proactive approach
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
The successful School Site Supervisor will:
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across the school site
• Ensure site security, including opening and closing the premises
• Conduct regular health and safety checks
• Maintain cleanliness of internal and external areas
• Liaise with contractors and external providers where required
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the school site
