Social Media Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and drive our clients’ social media presence across organic platforms. In this client-facing role, you will develop platform strategies, manage content calendars, and create content both yourself and alongside our video team. You’ll act as the key social voice between our clients and internal teams, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and performance excellence.
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on social media performance, content planning, and campaign updates.
- Work closely with our creative team to ensure social content is on-brand, on-brief, and optimised for performance.
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Monitor community engagement, responding to comments and messages in line with client brand guidelines.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and cultural moments to keep clients relevant and competitive.
- Support pitches and planning phases with strategic social media thinking and audience insights.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a social media role within a digital, media, or advertising agency environment.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple social platforms.
- Strong understanding of organic social media, content performance metrics, and platform best practices.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a natural instinct for tone of voice across different brands.
- Creative thinker who is culturally switched on and passionate about social storytelling.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and juggling competing priorities.
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools; experience with analytics platforms such as Notion.
- Familiarity with paid social is a plus.
