We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Supervising Solicitor to lead a thriving team in our Children Department committed to excellence, innovation, and client-focused care.

Who We’re Looking for

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years PQE
• Experienced in public/private children law (complex casework included)
• Member of or working towards Children or Family Law Accreditation
• Strong team leader & motivator with a compassionate approach
• Confident managing your own caseload + legal aid (CCMS) processes
• Organised, detail-focused, and driven to make an impact

• Manage your own caseload of complex children matters
• Deliver top-tier, client-focused legal services
• Provide strategic legal advice and clear guidance
• Conduct advocacy where suitable
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous learning
