Your mission as a Supervisor

• Support Store Management in leading, developing and inspiring the team 
• Lead by example to deliver an elevated and personalised client experience 
• Drive performance with a strong focus on KPIs and commercial excellence 
• Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising and store presentation 
• Build lasting client relationships to reinforce brand loyalty 
• Coach and empower your team to continuously grow and succeed 
• Contribute to the operational excellence and overall success of the store 
• Promote Lacoste’s culture and values within the team
