Your mission as a Supervisor
- Support Store Management in leading, developing and inspiring the team
- Lead by example to deliver an elevated and personalised client experience
- Drive performance with a strong focus on KPIs and commercial excellence
- Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Build lasting client relationships to reinforce brand loyalty
- Coach and empower your team to continuously grow and succeed
- Contribute to the operational excellence and overall success of the store
- Promote Lacoste’s culture and values within the team
