Aspired Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client in Blackburn for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and motivating production teams to achieve targets
Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations
Driving productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shop floor
Supporting and developing team members through effective people management
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing
Strong people management skills with a genuine focus on team development
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead by example and drive performance
Strong operational awareness and problem-solving ability
