Supervisor

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Supervisor based in Cardiff for a permanent contract. 

Key Responsibilites - 

• Monitoring recladding, façade remediation, insulation replacement, fire-stopping, and associated external works.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and technical challenges to minimise disruption to residents and project delivery.
• Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and resident liaison teams.

Qualifications - 

• SSSTS or SMSTS, 
• CSCS,
• First Aid
• Experience with Cladding, Facades and EWI
