Job Overview
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy
- Problem solve and design solutions for Amazon's network
- Track inbound shipments and help resolve shipment delays or documentation issues
- Assist with data reporting, shipment visibility, and operational metrics
- Escalate delays, discrepancies, or compliance concerns as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within import operations in the EU/UK
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
- EU/UK Import work background, or focus in higher education
- Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
