As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated in the absence of their regular class teacher. Assignments may range from daily cover to long-term placements, depending on your availability and career goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the school curriculum
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Adapting quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures
• Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and progress
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
• Providing clear feedback to teaching staff and school leaders where required
• Supporting the wider ethos and values of each school

• Qualified with UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable

• Skilled in behaviour management and classroom engagement
• Able to build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant teaching references covering the last two years
• Right to work in the UK
