Cover Supervisors and Teachers (QTS) –
Maidstone | Future Schools Trust 

Location: Maidstone, Kent
Role: Cover supervisors and Teachers 
Pay: £101–£163 per day (aligned with teacher union guidance)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and Teachers (QTS) in Maidstone to provide general cover across a few well-established secondary schools in the Future Schools trust. 

This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for candidates with proven experience or qualifications in secondary schools who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment. Both Cover Supervisors and teachers will supervise classes and deliver pre-set work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work 
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, supply teacher, or teacher
• Secondary school experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
