Tilo is currently recruiting for an exciting Support Engineer vacancy in the heart of Canary Wharf.
The position is part of an ever-growing team/business who are continuing to strive for best practices. The business are very much a global nowadays and enjoying continued successes.
The role will be hybrid (4 days in the office and one from home).
We are ideally looking for candidates with the following background:
• Proven experience in a technical IT position, ideally across 1st and 2nd line support
• Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Extensive knowledge of Windows OS, Linux and the way in which applications interact
• Working to ISO 27001 standards
