We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in a children's supported living setting in Ellesmere Port.
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment, helping them develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Main Duties:
- Providing emotional support and building positive relationships
- Supporting young people with daily routines and independent living skills
- General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable home
- Meal preparation and encouraging healthy eating habits
- Promoting a safe, caring, and supportive environment
- Working as part of a dedicated team to meet individual care plans
- Encouraging participation in activities, education, and social development
What We're Looking For:
- A caring and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
- Previous experience in care/support work is preferred but not essential
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
