Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a leading business who are seeking a commercially minded Systems & Data Analyst to take ownership of the technology and data infrastructure that underpins a growing, multi-site leisure and hospitality operation.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you’ll sit at the intersection of systems management, data analytics, and compliance. You’ll drive strategic oversight, governance, and continuous improvement across core platforms - ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and actionable insight at every level of the business.

What the Systems and Data Analyst will do:

Systems Management:

• Oversee the performance, integration, and continuous improvement of operational systems
• Ensure data integrity and reporting capability across all platforms
• Manage relationships with system providers and technology partners
• Maintain strategic oversight of booking systems, EPOS/till platforms, and payment processing tools
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability

Data & Analytics:

• Own and develop SQL databases managing revenue streams across the business
• Build complex queries to generate insight into customer behaviour, revenue trends, and performance
• Translate data into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders
• Develop forecasting models and support strategic financial planning
• Maintain high standards of data quality, structure, and accessibility
• Lead future database and reporting enhancements as the business evolves

Skills & Experience required:

• Proven experience managing booking or operational systems within hospitality or leisure
• Strong SQL capability, including building complex queries and reporting frameworks
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements in a multi-site operational environment
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working across finance, operations, and tech
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Desirable)
• Exposure to property compliance or insurance management advantageous
• Experience delivering system implementation or transformation projects advantageous
