I'm currently supporting a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a flagship infrastructure project in Europe and we're looking to appoint an experienced TBM Plant Manager.

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a large-scale tunnelling project, overseeing the performance, maintenance and operational readiness of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) plant and associated equipment.

We're keen to speak with professionals who bring:

• Proven TBM plant / tunnelling experience
• Strong maintenance and operational leadership capability
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Background working on major infrastructure or underground projects
• A proactive approach to safety, performance and continuous improvement

This is a high-profile position with excellent long-term prospects and the chance to contribute to one of Europe's major construction programmes.
