Are you an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher seeking a role within a forward‑thinking Multi‑Academy Trust (MAT)? A highly regarded secondary school in Nth Dorset is looking to appoint a Teacher of Science from September 2026.

✨ The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience and subject specialism. You'll be joining a collaborative and well‑established Science department that values innovation, enthusiasm, and academic excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Teaching across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics depending on your expertise
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
âś… The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a reflective, motivated, and passionate practitioner who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK equivalent
- Has a degree in a Science subject or closely related field
- Is an ECT or experienced teacher with strong subject knowledge
- Demonstrates effective behaviour management and communication skills
- Is committed to inspiring young people and raising achievement
