Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team an Ealing Primary School from September 2026.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils within the classroom to access learning and make progress.
- Work with small intervention groups to develop literacy, numeracy and confidence.
- Provide 1:1 support for lower-attaining pupils and those requiring additional guidance.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help pupils develop independence, resilience and a love of learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience is desirable).
- Is confident supporting learning both in class and through small-group interventions.
- Is comfortable working 1:1 with lower-ability pupils.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
