Teaching Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive specialist SEN school in Ealing from September 2026.

This full-time Teaching Assistant role in Ealing offers the chance to work within an outstanding school environment with excellent facilities and a strong support network. The successful Teaching Assistant in Ealing will support pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and autism within small specialist classes tailored around pupils' individual learning needs.This Teaching Assistant opportunity in Ealing is for those compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping children with complex needs achieve their full potential. The school in Ealing is seeking a proactive and resilient Teaching Assistant with recent experience supporting pupils with autism, PMLD, or SLD within an educational or care setting.

Every Teaching Assistant joining the school in Ealing will work closely alongside teachers, therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, therapy teams to provide outstanding support for pupils. This Teaching Assistant role in Ealing will involve supporting pupils with personal care, feeding, medical needs, and the administration of medication, so confidence working with children with complex physical and learning needs is essential.

The successful Teaching Assistant in Ealing will be reflective, responsive, and committed to building strong relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals. This Teaching Assistant position in Ealing would suit experienced SEN support staff, care workers, psychology graduates, or candidates with a Level 2 qualification in teaching and learning.
