Food Production Team Leader

£16.50 per hour | Weekly Pay
Monday to Friday, 12:30 – 21:30

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Production Team Leader to support a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing site. If you’ve got production experience and enjoy leading from the front, this could be the perfect next step for you.

• Leading and supervising a team of production operatives to hit daily targets
• Ensuring products are finished and packed to a high standard
• Overseeing the safe and efficient use of production machinery
• Supporting ingredient mixing in line with recipes and procedures
• Monitoring quality, productivity and hygiene standards
• Training, guiding and motivating your team
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe and compliant
• Ensuring food safety and health & safety standards are always met
• Reporting issues and contributing to continuous improvements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
• Supervisory or team leader experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Great attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
