Are you a Technical Coordinator, Design Coordinator or similar with experience managing drawings and consultants, looking to join a growing residential developer working on high-quality projects?

On offer is the opportunity to step into a technical lead role within an established and expanding business, taking ownership of residential developments from design through to completion.

This company are a well-regarded developer known for delivering high-quality residential projects, with a strong reputation for staff retention and a growing pipeline of work.

In this role, you will coordinate the technical delivery of multiple developments, managing external consultants across architectural, structural, civil and M&E disciplines. You will review drawings, manage technical information and queries, support site teams, and ensure projects are compliant and delivered on programme.

This role would suit someone from a construction, engineering or architectural background with experience coordinating drawings and technical information, looking to progress their career within a growing company offering strong benefits.

The Role:

• Coordinating technical delivery across residential developments
• Managing consultants across architectural, civil, structural and M&E disciplines
• Car Allowance & Bonus

The Person:

• Technical Coordinator, Design Coordinator or similar background
• Experience within residential construction, housebuilding, engineering or architecture
• Full UK Driving License
