Temp Reception Cover

£13.25 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Approx. 3-week assignment -potentially longer

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to provide short-term cover for one of our clients based in Sheffield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable individual to step into a front-of-house role and support the smooth running of a busy office environment.

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
• Providing general administrative support as required
• Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms where necessary

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach
• Comfortable managing a busy reception desk
