Role Overview:

• Greeting visitors with a smile and ensuring a positive first impression. 😊
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Managing the reception area to keep it tidy and welcoming.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
• Assisting with inquiries and providing information about our services.

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills - you should be able to engage warmly with clients and colleagues alike! 🗣️
• A friendly, professional demeanour with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus!
