Tenancy Progressor – Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday | 9am–5pm | No Weekends
£25,000–£27,000 + Bonus + Commission (Circa £35k OTE) 

A fast-growing, modern lettings and property management business is looking for an organised and detail-focused Tenancy Progressor to join their Manchester city centre team.

The Role

• Managing the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in
• Coordinating referencing, compliance checks and tenancy documentation
• Working closely with lettings, finance and property management teams
• Ensuring smooth, compliant and on-time move-ins

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in tenancy progression, lettings administration or residential property
• Good understanding of UK lettings compliance
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple tenancies at once
