Location: Heathrow, TW14
Salary: Circa £40,000 + Benefits
Hours: 19:00pm - 07:00am (Night Shift)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Time Critical Operator to join a busy night shift operations team within a leading freight forwarding environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven logistics professional with strong time-critical experience to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing urgent and time-critical shipments across multiple modes of transport, ensuring high-value and sensitive consignments are handled efficiently and delivered within strict deadlines. The role requires someone confident working independently during night shifts while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and a high level of customer service.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in time-critical / multi-modal freight operations essential
• Experience handling AOG, NFO, OBC, and dedicated transport shipments
• Strong knowledge across both imports and exports
• Experience with Boxtop and Sequoia (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small night team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure

Package & Benefits

• Salary circa £40,000
• 25 days holiday excluding public holidays (pro rata for shift pattern - approx. 23.5 days including public holidays)
