The practice offers a wide range of dental services, including preventative care, restorative dentistry, cosmetic treatments, clear aligners, composite bonding, veneers, implants, crowns, dentures, and teeth whitening. This varied clinical environment provides an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to gain broad experience across multiple areas of dentistry.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 8:00pm

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Trainee Dental Nurse. No previous dental experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided while working towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while learning from experienced dental professionals in a busy and supportive practice environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clinicians during a variety of dental procedures
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments
  • Following infection control and decontamination procedures
  • Supporting patients and helping them feel comfortable during appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical notes
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the practice

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn and develop within dentistry
  • Reliable, punctual, and well organised
  • Friendly with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems
  • Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, a GDC-approved Dental Nursing course
  • Hepatitis B vaccinated, with at least the first dose completed
  • Eligible to work in the UK
