About the Role:
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work alongside experienced clinicians and gain valuable hands-on experience across a variety of dental and orthodontic procedures. Full support and mentoring will be provided as you develop your clinical knowledge and practical skills.
This position is particularly suited to someone interested in orthodontics and cosmetic dental treatments who is looking to build a long-term career within the dental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clinicians during dental and orthodontic procedures
- Supporting Invisalign and specialist orthodontic treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
- Following infection control and cross-contamination procedures
- Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their appointments
- Maintaining accurate digital patient records and clinical notes
- Ensuring the practice maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
- Passionate about patient care and dentistry
- Reliable, organised, and punctual
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Enrolled on, or planning to enrol on, an accredited Dental Nursing course
- Eligible to work in the UK
