Transport Administrator / Traffic Clerk

Top Jobs Group are looking to appoint a full-time Traffic Clerk/Administrator for an exciting Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.

*** Temp to Perm ***

• £17.49 Per hour - Umbrella Rate - This rate includes employer’s NI, apprenticeship levy, and holiday pay
• Tuesday to Friday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
• Saturday 10am - 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of the customer care function and delivery crews.
• Outbound calls to customers
• Carry out and maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation and reporting.
• Support and cover administration tasks for other departments when required.
• Ensure the Depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationary and ensuring the office environment is kept in a safe and hygienic manor.
• Any other administration tasks required.
• You’ll need to be able to work as part of a small team, in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll need to have strong ICT skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people.
• Experience in planning work for a fleet of vehicles would be very useful, but is not essential.
• You’ll need to hold a driving licence, and have access to a car for work purposes.

• Excellent customer service skills
