The Agency are currently recruiting for 2 x Transport Operations Coordinators to join busy and growing logistics operations within the local area.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced transport, logistics, or planning professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating efficient day-to-day transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily transport and logistics operations

• Planning routes and scheduling deliveries efficiently

• Communicating with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams

• Managing transport-related queries and resolving issues proactively

• Monitoring vehicle movements and delivery performance

• Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records

• Supporting the smooth running of transport operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, planning, or fleet operations

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Good IT and administrative skills

• Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

• Experience within pallet network or fast-paced logistics environments advantageous
