Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic | £45,000 – £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday–Friday (no weekends)

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician with VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) experience to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in Ringwood.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on VAG vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer systems
• Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings
• Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards
• Accurately document work carried out
• Work collaboratively with the workshop team

✅ Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Proven experience working with VAG brands (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda)
• Strong diagnostic skills (essential for higher salary bracket)
• MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
