Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved car dealership based in Tewkesbury, is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department.

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid as overtime)
- Carrying out fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on vehicles in line with manufacturer standards
- Accurately diagnosing faults and reporting vehicle conditions, safety, and performance issues to the Workshop Controller
- Adhering to quality procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Ensuring efficient workflow within the workshop to meet targets
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and completing documentation thoroughly
- Assisting with additional technical tasks as required by the Service Department
- IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a workshop environment preferred
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to produce high-quality work consistently in a busy franchise environment
- MOT Smart Card is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
