Our client, a reputable franchise-approved main dealer located in North Bristol, is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to develop their career within a prestigious automotive environment.
Key benefits for the Vehicle Technician Role:
- Competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
- Performance-related bonus scheme of up to £7,000 per annum
- Working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm

- Carry out a full range of vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in line with manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults accurately and comprehensively report vehicle conditions, safety, and performance issues
- Ensure all work complies with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and health & safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a busy workshop environment
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional services and repairs
- Work closely with the Service Department team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- At least 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a busy workshop environment
- Valid UK driving licence
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and produce high-quality work
- Ideally, experience working on VAG vehicles or holding an MOT license; however, this is not essential
- Willingness to undertake manufacturer-approved training and development
