A growing operational business specialising in the processing, refurbishment, and movement of technology equipment is seeking Warehouse Operatives to support its busy warehouse and processing teams.

Operating within a fast-paced environment, the business focuses on quality, efficiency, and secure handling of electronic equipment while supporting sustainable and circular economy operations.

The Role

This is an entry-level opportunity suited to someone looking to gain hands-on warehouse and operational experience within a growing business.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day movement and processing of IT and electronic equipment across goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing, assembly, and warehouse activities.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

·       Process incoming and outgoing IT and electronic equipment

·       Support goods-in and goods-out activities

·       Pick, pack, label, and prepare stock for dispatch

·       Assist with warehouse organisation and stock movement

·       Carry out basic electronic assembly and equipment handling tasks

·       Support refurbishment and processing activities where required

·       Ensure products and equipment are handled safely and securely

·       Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures

·       Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

·       Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily targets

About You

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn

·       Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

·       Good attention to detail

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

·       Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

·       Basic IT or electronics interest would be beneficial but not essential

·       Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
