Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Hinckley, LE10
Hours: Monday – Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts
Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay: £12.97 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (10-week TTP)

THE ROLE

• Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation across Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
• Picking, packing, and preparing materials for installation teams
• Assisting with stock organisation and inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Working closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Positive, bubbly, and motivated attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a good atmosphere
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Driving licence beneficial for insurance purposes, although not essential
