Warehouse Supervisor

MET are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Willenhall for a long term Client!

Requirements:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy 
• Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and training
• Collaborate with other departments, addressing any issues or delays
• Working with the operations team streamlining processes to enhance productivity
• Proactively keep updates about Best practices, advancements, and improvements
• Good communication to line manager, as well and employees you oversee
• Monitor absence and holidays
• Liaise with HR 
• Senior experience advantageous

Shifts:

• 1pm to 10pm
• Monday to Friday

Pay:

• £29,389.99 per annual / £14.59 per hour
