Location: Northampton, Grange Park
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Shifts:

• Tuesday to Thursday Shift: 10:00-18:00
• Friday to Saturday shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Fixed Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Omnia Resourcing are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Grange Park, Northampton. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Flexibility is a must.

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:

• Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and quality standards.
• Support and train team members to maintain consistent performance.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.

Requirements as Warehouse Team Leader:

• Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude.
• Flexible to work fixed Thursday-Saturday shift pattern.
